Custom Software & Automation
Software that does the job you’re still doing by hand.
Quotes, follow-ups, bookings, inboxes, reports — the work that eats your evenings is exactly the work software should be doing. I build apps and automations for small businesses that solve one real problem at a time, and I build them myself.
The Problem
You don’t have a software problem. You have six tools that don’t talk to each other.
A lead comes in on the website, you retype it into the CRM, then into the calendar, then into a text. Three copies, one typo, and a customer who thinks you forgot them.
You pay monthly for software that “almost” fits. So you run the real process in a spreadsheet and your head.
Quotes get done at the kitchen table at 9 PM, because nobody could price the job from the truck.
The same five customer questions hit your phone all day. Hours, pricing, service area, “do you do X,” “how soon.”
Every agency wants to sell you a platform. Nobody wants to sit down and fix the one thing that’s actually slowing you down.
“AI” is on every ad you see, and none of it has done a single hour of your work.
The Solution
Small tools, built for your business, that connect what you already use.
I don’t start with a platform. I start with the bottleneck — the thing you or your people do over and over — and build the smallest piece of software that removes it. Then we connect it to the tools you already pay for.
Custom web apps
Estimators, calculators, order forms, customer portals, internal dashboards. Built to run on a phone from the truck or the couch, not just a desk.
AI assistants that know your business
A chat assistant trained on your services, pricing and FAQs that answers customers 24/7 and hands you the lead — like BadgerBot, the one running on this page right now.
Automation between your tools
Website form → CRM contact → tagged, noted and dropped into your pipeline → confirmation text to the customer → ping to you. Zero retyping. I’ve wired exactly this with GoHighLevel, Stripe, Gmail and Facebook Ads.
Instant quote & booking tools
Let the customer price the job and book the appointment while your competitor is still checking voicemail. The roof estimator below does this in about 60 seconds, in English or Spanish.
Dashboards & subscription products
If your business sells access — reports, tools, a members’ area — I build the login, the billing and the dashboard so it runs without you.
One builder, start to finish
Scoping, design, code, hosting, training and the care plan after launch. You talk to the person who wrote it.

The Nano-Coverage AI Roof Estimator
Nano-Coverage handles roof replacement and preservation in South Florida — a market where speed and Spanish both matter. I built them a bilingual, AI-powered estimator that takes a homeowner from address to ballpark quote in about 60 seconds, from their couch, and sends the lead straight to the company.
“HoneyBadger has become an excellent team player for our organization. A valuable asset that has allowed us to move forward with incremented speed towards our goals. Highly recommended.”

Live build
BadgerBot — the AI assistant on this site
The chat button in the corner of this page is BadgerBot. It reads this website, builds its own knowledge base from the pages, and answers visitor questions about services, pricing and process around the clock. When someone is ready, it points them to a booking.
It is the same build I do for clients: an assistant that knows your business, not a generic chatbot. Ask it something.
Products I ship
Inbox Sentinel and the BadgerGrowth dashboard
Inbox Sentinel is a safety-first AI inbox triage tool: it sorts and drafts, but every change is previewed, confirmed and audit-logged before it touches your mail.
BadgerGrowth is a marketing dashboard built into this site — Facebook Ads performance, AI-written ad creatives, email campaigns and niche research in one login, with subscription billing handled end to end.
Both started as problems I needed solved. Both are the kind of tool I can build for you.
How it works
One problem. One build. Everything wired.
- A scoping call where we find the one bottleneck worth fixing first — and say no to the rest for now
- Custom build (not a template or a no-code patch) — app, assistant or automation, mobile-first
- Connections to the tools you already use: CRM, calendar, payments, email, ads
- Hosting, security and monitoring handled
- Training for you and your people, in plain language
- A care plan after launch — changes, fixes and a real person (me) when something breaks
Every build is scoped and quoted before work starts. You see the number and the timeline before you commit to anything.
Why me
I worked in the trades before I wrote code.
I know what it is to run a crew, quote a job and chase a lead with your hands full. That is why I build small, useful tools instead of selling platforms. I’m not an agency with an account manager between you and the person doing the work. I build every app myself, host it, and answer my own phone — before launch and after.
